All our orders are shipped "expedited" (5-12 business days by Canada Post).  Orders leave our workroom  within 5 days. There is no charge for mailing  fabric samples.  

For orders within Canada up to 4 panels, S&H is $12.00; up to 8 panels, $19.00; and up to 12 panels S&H is $24.00.  Shipping charges for our decorative pole sets is $12.00  each set.

For US and international orders  we will contact you by e-mail to advise you of the additional charges. 

Unless product is defective or damaged in shipping, there are no refunds.  Please take advantage of our free fabric samples available.  Please return damaged item for an exchange within 14 days at no extra shipping cost to you.
